Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for your interest in Rich Soul Culture. We want you to be satisfied with your richsoulculture.com purchases. We will gladly accept merchandise returns/exchanges provided it:
- Is returned within 30 calendar days from the date you received it
- Unwashed, unworn or altered with original tags attached and in the same condition in which you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Your merchandise is accompanied by the original invoice.
- All merchandise will be subject to a $5.00 restocking fee per package.
If your return is approved, Rich Soul Culture will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a few days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
For exchange of merchandise, the customer should return unwanted merchandise according to the return methods listed above.
Shipping
Shipping cost is nonrefundable. You will be responsible for covering your own shipping cost for returning your merchandise.
